Baltasar Lobo, Pièce d'eau, 1971
The work by Spanish artist Baltasar Lobo (1910-1993) is truly remarkable. We love the fluid modernist form of this monumental sculpture properly titled 'Pièce d'eau' (Water Piece). This is not a desktop sculpture but a full sized outdoor sculpture measuring 1.98 meters (78 inches) in length. This modernist sculpture would like amazing in a modern sculpture garden. It was recently auction at Christie's in London for £313,250.00 (502,766.00 USD).
