The Tati table lamp was designed by Ferruccio Laviani for Kartell in Italy. Wrapped in plastic polycarbonate, Kartell's Tati Lamp has clean and modern lines which on its own has its own unique presence even without the light on. One of the highlights of the lamp is its built-in diffuser in combination with the polycarbonate shell which outputs a subtle, ambient glow or a bright glare.

Kartell's Tati is a rectangular table lamp characterized by its extremely clean lines, squared off in a mood vaguely reminiscent of Deco taste. The Kartell Tati lamp has a solid body of transparent polycarbonate encases an internal diffuser available in full color methacrylate, opaline and black or a pleated fabric and has a chrome steel weight in the support. The minimalist modern form and material, far from making it chilly or cold, on the contrary, creates an object of bourgeoise allure which fit in anywhere while maintaining it's contemporary line. Different chromatic plays of light have the effect that when turned off, Tati reveals the full color of its surface but when turned on, the adjustable intensity of light filtering from its sides lights up its whole body.
